Operation Teddy Bear People

There are so many parts to getting literacy backpacks to 5,600 first-graders in almost 50 schools. And it is the hundreds of volunteers who make Operation Teddy Bear possible. Below you will see behind the scenes and the many people who make it possible.

  • Warehousing and setting up materials
  • Material assembly and recycling
  • Packing backpacks
  • Mailing support
  • Delivery of bags of backpacks to schools
  • Reading to the children (heart-warming…even tear-jerking)
